Celebrating Faithfulness: Dainty Jewells Foundation Awards $3,000 to Bible Quizzer and Coach of the Year Winners
Bible quizzing is about so much more than competition. It's about hiding God's Word in your heart, growing in faith, building lifelong friendships, and encouraging the next generation to pursue Christ wholeheartedly. At the Dainty Jewells Foundation, we are honored to support ministries that invest in young people who are committed to knowing and living God's Word.
This year, we were privileged to award $3,000 to the Experienced Division Bible Quizzer of the Year and Coach of the Year winners at the Apostolic Bible Quizzing national tournament. These awards recognize individuals whose dedication, perseverance, and Christlike character have made a lasting impact both on and off the platform.
Investing in a Love for God's Word
Bible quizzing requires incredible commitment. Participants spend countless hours memorizing Scripture and preparing for competition. But beyond earning points or trophies, they are storing God's Word in their hearts—a treasure that will guide them for a lifetime.
Likewise, coaches faithfully pour into the lives of their teams. They encourage, mentor, teach, and pray with students, helping shape not only knowledgeable quizzers but devoted Christians and powerful Apostolics.
The Dainty Jewells Foundation believes that investing in these individuals is an investment in the future of the Church.
Honoring Excellence and Faithfulness
This year's awards celebrated four outstanding recipients:
- Bible Quizzer of the Year – Recognizing exceptional dedication to Scripture, consistent excellence, and a Christ-centered example.
- Coach of the Year – Honoring a leader who faithfully encourages, equips, and inspires young people to grow in God's Word.
The Bible Quizzer of the Year and Coach of the Year received $1,000 apiece and the runner up Quizzer and Coach of the year each received $500 as a way of expressing appreciation for their commitment and the influence they have on those around them.
While these awards recognize individual achievement, they also celebrate the countless families, churches, volunteers, and supporters who make Bible quizzing possible year after year.
